RunK2J at the Munich ‘Run For Life’
Landing in Germany a day prior, we found a 10K in Munich that was a run in the park.
RunK2J at BoilerMaker
Boilermaker Road Race is a classic event you can do over and over again. Billed as Worlds Best 15K Road Race, the whole town is behind this event. This was a RunK2J team Roadtrip, and we had tons of fun!
RunK2J at Ottawa Race Weekend
RunK2J was well represented in Ottawa Race Weekend. Volunteering activities spread over 3 days, and we had runners entered in all 5 race categories! Thanks for everyone in participating.
Bay to Breakers – California
The course starts in downtown San Francisco near the Bay and ends at Ocen Beach, which is adjacent to the Pacific Ocean (hence ‘Bay to Breakers)’. The first half of the course runs through the downtown as well as some nice residential areas. The second half is run through beautiful Golden Gate Park.
Andrew ‘Bunny’ 21.1 Vancouver
The BMO Vancouver Marathon weekend markets itself using the phrase ‘Stunning Running’. The scenery is awesome. You have views of the Coastal Mountains for most of the run and a good portion of the second half of the race is in beautiful Stanley Park.

Dan’s ATB Hybrid Hammer & Brews
Synopsis: This race is always well organized. Being my 9th time running the 30k, it was nice to go back to in-person racing with this race.
The ATB Hammer Hybrid consist of a virtual 2k, 5k, 10k and 15k and capped with in-person 30k. I did all the virtual distances during my training leading up to the 30k in-person race.
H&J: Love the fine selection of ATB Brews for the post-race recovery.
Around The Bay with Yvonne – 2022
It was cool to be running in the oldest road race in North America.
In spite of the wind and the cold everyone seemed to be in good spirits and grateful to be running again, for many this was their first race in over 2 years.
Note: ‘Run Ottawa’ provides a bus shuttle service for this event to keep transportation simple.
