December is down season for runners. We will be focusing on having some fun with activities until mid-January. We will be switching things up a bit starting the week of January 10th when we will start to focus on training for spring events virtually or in person.
Activities

Winter/ Spring 2021 Clinics start the week of January 10th. Private coaching is also available for running and triathlon.
