Karen’s 2022 Early Bird Triathlon

Pool swim in 50m Carleton Univeristy pool. Number of lengths depends on the event distance. For the long course the 500m swim is up & down each of 5 lanes, ducking under buoys to get over to the next. Opportunity to warm up in diving pool before the swim. Bib pick up/transition zone/post race snacks etc. all at P6 parking lot. Bike course is out & back both directions (loops) from T-zone along Colonel By. Run course is out & back along Colonel By drive.
