Wow. It’s hard to believe its been five years already.
We started the year with some snowshoe racing and once again we toughed it out by running and doing speedwork outside through the Canadian winter.
We raced across the country and around the world with races in Japan, England, Germany, Thailand, Portugal and the USA.
We ran everything from 5K to 100 miles and twelve of us competed at Ironman Canada Ottawa.
We volunteered, we cheered and most of all we had fun!
