Suggested Hilly Loops in Ottawa

Why run boring old hills when you can run hilly loops? Here are a few suggestions.

Barrhaven- St Remy

On Strava: https://www.strava.com/routes/2783731222643625126

Short loop- start at Barran run up St Remy to the turn (house #54) run back

Medium loop- start at Barran run up St Remy all the way to Larkin run back

Long loop- start at Barran run up St Remy to Larkin turn and run back to Langhoim follow that back to St Remy run down to Roberta follow that back to St Remy and run back to the start

Manotick- Cindy Hill

Short loop- Start at Cindy Hill and Long Island run up Cindy Hill (which becomes Lena) to Nelius turn and run back

Medium loop- start as above- run past Nelius to Bravar turn at Bravar and run back

Long loop- Medium route to Bravar turn left on Bravar at the end of the street turn around and run on Bravar to the end. Take the connecting path to Long Island and run back to Long Island and Cindy Hill

Westboro

Short loop– start at Byron and Broadview run up Broadview to Princeton take Princeton to Highland and run back down Highland to the start

Medium loop- same idea but run to Dovercourt and turn there to get to Highland

Long loop- same idea but run to Tillbury and turn there.

Kanata- Bridlewood

short loop – start at Crownridge and Meadowbreeze run up (road changes name to Summergaze) to Conifer Creek then turn and go back down

medium loop- start at Crownridge and Meadowbreeze run up to the top and turn onto Rosingdale- then go left on Foxlight back to Meadowbreeze and back down to Crowridge

Long loop- start with the medium loop on the way back down do the extra loop around Meadowbreeze – Asper Trail- Crownridge – Meadowbreeze
