We will be running 2021 Summer Clinics starting the week of June 14. In person workouts will be held on Thursdays provided COVID-19 rules allow them. Workouts will be sent out in advance so they can be done alone if group workouts are not possible or if you prefer to do them alone.
The group training sessions will run from June 14 to October 14 and the workouts will be structured for running fall events including the Boston Marathon, The virtual Canada Army Run and other fall races.
Due to the uncertainty around group training and COVID-19 restrictions this season’s clinics will be offered a little differently. There are two options available both with a reduced price due to the uncertainty surrounding holding group workouts due to COVID-19
Option 1 $100.00
An Individual personalized schedule which can be written for any fall event or just for running if you have no racing plans.
Plus access to one group workout a week
A speed workout on Thursday nights at 6:00 pm starting at the track behind John McCrea secondary school off Fable St.
For all workouts:
The workout will be sent out via email in advance so you can do it on your own. If Ottawa is in RED or LOCK DOWN there will be no group workout that week.
You are welcome to attend group workouts provided:
- You have not traveled or been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the previous 14 days
- You have no COVID-19 Symptoms
- You have not been told to quarantine

Workouts only (as above) with no schedule.
